# Office Tools Brand Guide (Google Docs · Slides · Notion · Word · Email)

## Quick Answer
- Colors: heading `#201748`, body `#10212E`, link/emphasis `#3D2683`, accent `#36A9E1`
- Fonts: English Pangram Sans (in web-based tools use **Arial**), Korean Spoqa Han Sans Neo (fallback **Apple SD Gothic Neo**, Windows: Malgun Gothic)
- Logo: white background → `diveroid-wordmark-black-transparent.png`, dark background → `diveroid-wordmark-white-transparent.png`
- Follow these 3 rules and you're set. Details by tool below.

## Google Docs
- Heading font: **Arial** (Google Docs does not support locally installed fonts — Pangram Sans will not appear in the font menu even if installed.)
- Body font: same as heading for English; for Korean documents, use the Docs default Korean font
- Heading color: `#201748` (deep violet)
- Body color: `#10212E` (recommended instead of default black; default black is also ✅ acceptable)
- Link/emphasis color: `#3D2683`
- If you need a highlight background, use light sky `#EEF9FF`
- No logo needed in document header. For external shared docs, one black wordmark at top of first page.

## Google Slides
- Cover: background `#201748` + white **signature** `diveroid-signature-white-transparent.png` (covers use the signature — see [logo rules](logo.html))
- Inner slides: white background + black **wordmark** `diveroid-wordmark-black-transparent.png` (small, corner placement, not required every slide)
- Heading color `#201748`, body `#10212E`, accent (numbers, graphs, buttons) `#36A9E1`
- Fonts same as Docs: English **Arial** (Pangram Sans not available in Slides), Korean default font
- Start with the deck template `../../brand-kit/templates/deck-starter.pptx`.
- One accent color per slide. No gradients or rainbows.

## Notion
- Page cover: optional. If used, pick a brand gradient image from `../../brand-kit/graphics/gradients/`
- Page icon: team pages use a logo PNG (`diveroid-wordmark-color-transparent.png`, etc.) or a single emoji
- No emoji overload in titles: one icon slot is enough, no emojis inside the title text
- Callout colors — use Notion default colors consistently:
    - Info/reference → blue background
    - Success/done → green background
    - Caution → yellow background
    - Forbidden/alert → red background
    - Brand/important notice → purple background
- Body text color: keep the default. Emphasis: bold or purple text only.

## Word · HWP
- Same principles as Google Docs: heading `#201748`, body `#10212E`, link/emphasis `#3D2683`
- English font: Pangram Sans if installed, otherwise **Arial**
- Korean font: Spoqa Han Sans Neo if installed, otherwise **Apple SD Gothic Neo** (Windows: Malgun Gothic)
- External files: export as PDF to avoid font issues
- Logo if needed: black wordmark on white, white wordmark on colored backgrounds

## Email
- Signature: use `../../brand-kit/templates/email-signature.html` only.
- Body: no decoration. Default font, default color. Links only — no image attachments or banners.

- Making or altering the logo? / Claiming safety or AI capability? / Legal/licensing?
- Any "yes" → check with jay. All "no" → create and use freely.
