Publishing Rules

Publishing standards · Existing review routes retained

Quick answer

Complete normal checks below, then identify new decisions or changed scope.

  1. Are you creating or altering an official logo?
  2. Are you making or changing a safety, AI-capability or compatibility claim outside its existing confirmed scope?
  3. Are there unresolved or new legal, licensing or personal-data matters?

Use the existing jay review route when applicable. Reuse an existing review record when the same asset, claim and usage scope are already covered. Ordinary work with no new decision may be published after normal checks, without extra jay reapproval. “All no” does not waive those checks.

Normal pre-publication checks

Existing prohibited items

Safety guarantees, AI dive/safety judgments, invented features/numbers/certifications/testimonials, distorted official logos, assets without rights confirmation and color-only status information remain prohibited. Asking for review does not automatically create an exception to a prohibited claim.

Necessary safety, device and support instructions retain accurate limitations and conditions. Affirmative marketing does not remove material purchase or use facts.

Asset status and review records

Record existing jay reviews and new decisions with their scope and source in the brand decision log. AI self-assessment does not replace the relevant review record. Do not create repeated approval requests when reusing the same approved scope.
